Hello-I would like to know are there any members here who are Christians, besides myself?

I am. I don't go to church often, or read the bible daily. I do believe in God and I believe that should be enough for me.

Exactly the same for me. Haven't been to church in years, but I used to go a lot as a kid.

About 50% of the boards are Christian. (more, probably, considering quite a few people didn't answer the pole seriously *looks at Gorrilaz Rocks* XD)

I am a Christian and occasionally fill a pulpit or sing a special. I at one time led singing with my wife on keyboard and daughter on the drums. Did that for 17 years, but not functioning in that capacity at the moment. And yes I attend my local Church regularly. :) And I am an avid gamer! :D
I was not raised in a Christian Family though. :(

My dad is a pastor and I was raised in a CXhristian household, and spent the majority of my life being ultra conservative and very religious.

However, I no longer consider myself to really be much of a Christian. I think there is prolly a God, and if there is, then God should be honored and respected.

I no longer read Bible or go to church, but I try to be a sweet/nice person.

Christian here. Attend regularly. Read the Bible. Conservative. Alla dat. Good thing for me though is I feel that people who use their beliefs to hate others are idiots, and should never be considered as examples of what a true believer in Christ is and how they conduct themselves.

I guess you could say I'm a Christian. But I hardly take pride in Christian values and really couldn't give less of a crap about it.

i'm suposed to be catholic but i decied to just believe in the karma but as far as doing worships and normal customs of the hinduist religion i don't actually do them so i'm technically atheist.

and when someone wakes me up in the morning... I'M WITH THE DARK LORD :lol

If that's the case, I don't think I could say you're a Christian. :lol

I'm a Christian as well. I was raised Roman Catholic, but I'm pretty lax about the rituals and beliefs that going along with Catholicism, so I guess I'm kind of a protestant by default. I find church spiritually fulfilling, in spite of my priest, and every once in awhile a good verse or two from the Bible hits the spot. I am more interested in the theology and history of Christianity more than anything though, and to that extent I love learning about world religions. I think western society, particularly Canada and America, have a very poor understanding of Christianity and religion, often mistaking one for the other. I think this is a big reason why I'm so interested in religion, because religion itself is usually a search for truth, so finding the truth about religion seems appropriate.

Baptised in a Catholic church. So technically, I'm Christian AND Catholic.

To quote Dart: "Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going into a garage makes you a car."

Being considered a Catholic, or even a Christian, depends on a lot more than whether or not you were baptised. I suppose some definitions of "Christian" restrict themselves to whether or not you believe in Christ, but what "believe in" actually means is up for debate. If you don't "give a crap" about Christian values, it's hard to believe you "believe in" Christ, so I don't know what definition of Catholic or Christian you think you fit into, but I haven't heard of it.
