A friend wants to know how to get over a guy that doesn't like her. Help, please, I don't really have experience getting over guys. >_>

first of all, if your leaving because of my ignorance in any way, please know i apologize

second of all, tell her being denied is only natural, it happens to everybody. take her to a party/movies to make her feel better or something of the like

buy her something nice (might be stretching it...)

And of course, I manage to be job and carless. But no, nothing you did. Nothing anyone here did.

Yeah, trying that. Not really working. She wasn't exactly rejected, she just never tried 'cause she knew he didn't like her. But she still can't get over him.

hm.......well i dont know much else i could tell you.... :-\

tell her...

hmmm.......

that the dudes not good enough for her anyways

Yeah, I think she knows that(If I keep managing to stop everything, I won't get anywhere), but still. She's actually angry at herself for it.

I'm leaving after I get what I need, genius. It's just the only other active forum I go to is too active, and constantly has server issues.

Then I'll look elsewhere or wait until I can find an answer with an IRL person.

No need to get snippy. I need more facts before I can give advice.

Yeah, sorry, I kinda have my own problems, too, so I'll probably do that more often. Anyways, ok, she's liked this guy, she knows he can be a jerk sometimes, she still likes him, he doesn't like her at all, they're friends and stuff, though, but now, she knows she has to, but she still can't get over him.

Well, I think she needs to quit worrying over it. She does not need to try to get over him. It will happen on its own eventually. She could continue liking him from a distance too, like how you would with a famous actor or singer that you know you'll never have. Anyways, time is my main recommendation.

No. Nice thinking, though, I didn't think anyone would try that.
