Today, I attempted...brewing me own ROOT BEER! Very special thanks to mum and dad for giving me this kit for Christmas! Here's how it turned out.

First, you can't bake, cook, fry, or brew with silence....so you NEED MUSIC! Most chefs use classical music...however, I'm different.....

So I decided: IRON MAIDEN THE ESSENTIALS Disc 2 (best flippin' songs ever!!)

:D

Now let's begin to brew! We got a sauce pan here, inside is my special ingredients such as: Dark Brown Sugar, Root Beer Extract, 1 cup of Sugar, Malto Dextrin (Seals in the carbonation and it's a type of starch found in many kinds of potatos and it's easy on your tummy's digestion system), and finally Champagne Yeast (Any type of Beer, needs this, regardless if it's non-alcoholic or alcoholic)

Oooo look at it, the entire house smells like ROOT BEER for hours because of this lol

Freshly sterilized plastic bottles, awaiting the finely brewed Root Beer ^^

Shortly after 15 minutes (5 for adding stuff and 10 minutes for brewing)

We have here....

Our first baby bottle boomer! *tears* Isn't he the cutest thing you've ever seen!?! I'm Gonna name him....MEGA JR. the 1st! Uh yuck! It done do muh heart PRIDE! ^_^ A mother's love is never ending! *hugs* WHOA! this baby boy is still hot...

Okay, here's the downside, it takes 7 DAYS for the carbonation to fully take effect. So Mega Jr. and his 7 brothers, (whom are named Mega Jr each as well) have to wait until NEXT Friday to see the results. Until then, these hot bottles gotta CHILL in the fridge.

See ya on January 9th!

How did the root beer turn out ?

Yeah that sucks i would have thought it would have work, oh well better luck next time, im sure when you do it again it will work out fine.

You need, bread, eggs, and some cooking oil or butter.

Use about 3 tsps of oil.
One Egg per slice of bread.

Heat the butter/oil. Take a cup or cookie cutter and cut the center of the bread, for the eggs to fit in. Next you place the bread into the frying pan, and then put the egg in the center, cook for 2 minutes on each side and bam you have Eggs in a Basket.

KIM CHEE!! (sometimes spelled Kimchi) Yet it's spelled like KIM CHEE for pronouncing purposes.

Now there's two kinds of Kim Chee: Baechu ( aka Cabbage) or Radishes! All it really is, is pickled Cabbage or Radishes that's VERY VERY SPICY! Yet so good for you!

Kimchi is also a common ingredient and combined with other ingredients to make dishes such as kimchi stew and kimchi fried rice! If you LOVE spicy foods and love veggies, PLEASE try Kimchi!
