MEGA'S FIGHT CLUB: Are you tough enough??

MegaDrive20XX

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
This thread is dedicated to FIGHTING GAMES in MEGA'S FIGHT CLUB THREAD! I'm gonna approach you guys once a week and to discuss the sweet fighting games from the past and present! Remember, whatever the game or games I pick, you MUST stick with the title or titles being discussed! Do not discuss anything else that does NOT relate to the game or games being spoken of!

1st RULE: WE DO NOT TALK ABOUT MEGA'S FIGHT CLUB OUTSIDE OF THIS THREAD

2nd RULE: We....DO NOT Talk about MEGA'S FIGHT CLUB Outside of this thread...

3rd RULE: UP to THREE GAMES can be discussed during a fight session of the week

4th RULE: Be prepared, if arguements over which game is better do spur, you better back up your statement with HARD COLD EVIDENCE or else you will be tapped out!

5th RULE: Fighting discussions will only last until the week of which the current discussion is over. (unless you're late to the party)

6th RULE: If this is your first night in MEGA'S FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to fight talk!

So let's begin!

This was released this week and it's a hardcore collection for the PS2. Get your fist and skills ready, it's gonna be a hard night in the Arena tonight!

THE NAMCO CLASSIC FIGHTER COLLECTION! (3 games for $29.99!) Which includes:

TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT

TEKKEN 4

SOUL CALIBUR II

Discuss and FIGHT IT OUT!

I'm not a big Tekken fan. I'll play it at the arcade when there's nothing else, but personally I find it too slow for my tastes.

I do like Soul Calibur II, however. I didn't play the PS2 version, but the Gamecube version was awesome. There were characters I felt were slow, but there were also characters that were fast, so I didn't have to use the slow ones.

Tell me about it, I was playing Tekken Tag just a minute ago and i was like "Holy cow..how did I play this?" :lol

I used to be pretty good at Tekken Tag in the arcades, but at home it wasn't the same. At the time I had it I didn't have an arcade stick, since the first system Mai and I got together was the PS2 and this was one of the first games we got for it. We were both getting back into gaming after being out for a while, so we were really out of the loop at the time.

i stopped playing tekken games after 3, no special reason i just wasn't into them anymore.

I was never into Tekken at all. For me it was the MK series, KoF, and Street Fighter.

Mega, your pick needs a bar of soap in it.

THIS ONE IS LATE. Had to recover from the last three injuries.

so close to Midnight...I proudly present.....
