Official Halo 3 General Discussion

I FINALLY got this game today, and im very impressed. The cut-scenes are a lot more deep, and they finally made the flood cool.

You might be new, but you're not a newb. :lol Your kill/death ratio in 18 ranked games is 1.68.

My k/d in 525 ranked matches is .74. :-\ Now that is suckage! :lol
 
If you ever look at my Halo 2 stats, there you'll see some suckage... :-\ .69 K/D....

You're still not too far behind me... You gotta put into consideration how many hundreds of more Halo 3 games you have than me.

219 ranked games is 1.05 K/D
and in unranked 194 games is 1.12 K/D

oh and did i tell anyone about my legendary triple kill?

i cried when it happened out of amazingness

i rand into the sword room in the pit with only a sniper rifle, and three guys were camping in there

*BAM*BAM*BAM*

took them all down with headshots without zooming in once

triple kill with all noscopes

watch out for The Freeman >:(

Yeah, I have improved. I had a k/d of .64 a while ago. Once I started improving my BR skills, my k/d went up a lot. I had a bad start though, so it's going to be tough to recover from that. I'd have to go hundreds of matches with a positive k/d to even approach a 1.0 k/d.
 
There is a possibility you guys won't see me on for a while. My 360 disc drive is already crapping out on me and giving me disc read errors I'm going to have to exchange it. This really sucks. TWO WEEKS and it's already messing up. Weak! >:(

EDIT: False alarm. I fixed it. Apparently my HD wasn't properly connected. ::) Damn you MS. It should have given a memory message, not a disc read error message. This can cause a lot of confusion.

My turn? I got a triple kill with 1 sniper no scope shot. I win. :P
 
I guess so, Mai. :) I'm really dedicating myself to this game now for a bit, to get my stats up (something about stats makes them addicting)... I think I'm at 15-16 now in TS. Still a Seargant, though. :(

XP-wise, I was screwed from the start really. In my third match, I got disconnected due to my router crapping out for some odd reason, and I had -1 XP at that point because of the -3 penalty. It was kinda cool.
