And the only reason I bought Crackdown was for the game, not for the Beta (I had already gotten into it).

Anyone else see the most recent Vidoc? Some things look cool, others I detest.

I have my copy of Crackdown sitting here waiting, since I already beat the game a while ago. I also preordered the Legendary Edition, and unless I decide to change to a lesser version, am paying $100 for it rather than $130. Actually, unless I can find someone who will buy the Legendary from me for at least what I'm paying for it, I'm going to drop to a lesser version. I don't need some ridiculous helmet, when I can spend the extra money on another game.

*shrug* Sorry, I was irritable that day. But it does state in the article that specially marked copies of Crackdown still have the Halo 3 beta. I wasn't saying anything that wasn't true. :p :lol

Hey guys, I am new here. While the graphics do look good, I am not seeing what people were getting at when they said it was going to beat Gears of War in graphics. Yes they are good, but not Gears of War good hehe.

Halo 3 Online Multiplayer Beta

Anybody playing this yet? Today's supposed to be the day it goes public...but when I try to download it via Crackdown...it's still in gray and says "check back later when this is available"....what gives?

yes, a bit, it doesnt look amazing, and doesnt even begin to look as good as gears of war, or even resistance fall of man.

Dang my friends were right. This is gorgeous. I can't wait...I'll prolly just spend the first 10 minutes enjoying the scenery. :D

Oh and about Resistance...Microsoft already has a few games that beat the crap outta that...Halo 3 will only be one of many to do so. :lol

oh i know, im anti sony. i was just saying that halo 3 doesnt look amazing. that new game "Skate.", looks better than halo 3.
