Now that I look at it, not even I know what I was saying. I think I meant to say he's a heavyweight with 5 jumps and a massive Up-B, and he's supposdly very strong.

In terms of Smash Bros, it generally represents the recovery time from a move. Do Link's Areial down A, where he sticks his sword in the ground. The time it takes for him to pull it out would be reffered to as "lag".

Indeed. The game focuses on arieal battles more this time around, and all characters float more. Characters like Fox and Samus can't be played anything like their Melee counterparts, and nearly half the characters are new anyway.

What, so Fox doesn't have those quick jumps anymore? Well that sucks. :-\

Oh, he's still fast... very fast even... and as such he can jump quickly. The problem he has is weight. He's lighter than any other character.

It is possible, but doubtful.  One magazine (Famitsu?) had each characters weight rating.  Fox was at the bottom at 87 I believe (100 being average).  But none of the characters were the unlocked ones.

Anyway, I'm maining either Lucario or ROB.

Many ways:

Lives in Japan, so Japanese Wii and game.
Imported a Wii and Game
Imported game, and Modded Wii (though you'll brick your Wii after a few weeks).
