The 2 major things for me are probably 8 hours of sleep every night i'm a night owl and have been most of my life so it's gonna bed hard going to be before 11:00 also the eat small meals every 2-3 hours yeah that's gonna be a struggle to get that routine going but ill get it in the end besides that i eat pretty healthy any way so i really don't have to tweak my diet that much because i have these things called veggie burgers and they have plenty of protein in them so i don't have to worry about the protein side of things.
We got cook books as well that tell you what the recipe mainly aims for weather it be protein or carbs etc etc and my parents are fully supporting me in this and are sitting down with me helping me plan the nutrition side of things.
Ive wrote about 3 pages of dot points from the articles and videos ive watched so far on that site so i got to thank you again x2 for showing me this site it has answered alot of my questions and thanks also for your own tips and help it is much appreciated.
Just got a couple questions though do you do the eat every 2-3 hours thing and also do you get the 8 hours of sleep every night? just curious as to how strict you actually have to be with these things.
