Sweet thanks for getting rid of my worries x2 8) now i can seriously sit down and work out a plan that will suit my life style there's only one thing i refuse to sacrifice and that is gaming which ill probably do on my rest days and maybe some on the weekends.

The 2 major things for me are probably 8 hours of sleep every night i'm a night owl and have been most of my life so it's gonna bed hard going to be before 11:00 also the eat small meals every 2-3 hours yeah that's gonna be a struggle to get that routine going but ill get it in the end besides that i eat pretty healthy any way so i really don't have to tweak my diet that much because i have these things called veggie burgers and they have plenty of protein in them so i don't have to worry about the protein side of things :).

We got cook books as well that tell you what the recipe mainly aims for weather it be protein or carbs etc etc and my parents are fully supporting me in this and are sitting down with me helping me plan the nutrition side of things.

Ive wrote about 3 pages of dot points from the articles and videos ive watched so far on that site so i got to thank you again x2 for showing me this site it has answered alot of my questions and thanks also for your own tips and help it is much appreciated.

Just got a couple questions though do you do the eat every 2-3 hours thing and also do you get the 8 hours of sleep every night? just curious as to how strict you actually have to be with these things.

Keep busy, keep having fun and youll be tired by the end of the day! For specific diet info, check out http://choppysreviews.com/. Eat high fat, high protien, lift lots of medium level weights and do lots of cardio. Best of luck!

Enjoying a little r & r with the family this week. I also picked up a roku 2 XS. Awesome little box. Got around 66 channels, including youtube, bit of hacking there, going on. A great addition if you're like me who cut the cord long ago. This, got my Netflix on it, and my antenna fills the watching time for me. Purchased one game for the roku so far, an old school shooter, of course. ;)

My brother just brought home an Ooya console, I can't stop laughing at all the 8-bit games.
I just ordered a Ouya from Amazon. I am heavily into retro and arcade type gaming. The Ouya has a lot of games that really appeals to my taste in gaming. First time I've been excited about a console in a very long time. The idea of playing indi games on this little console is exciting to me.

The only problem I have with the Ouya is that the hardware is going to be updated and they will release a new Ouya. What I'm afraid of is that developers will jump ship and quit supporting the original. The creators have apparently already said that a new Ouya will be out with better parts.

I would love to support Ouya and indie games but I just find that a bit unacceptable.

I have the same issue, while I love the concept I'm really concerned about the rate my Ouya is going obsolete. As a backer I am delighted to have my little retro console. As a consumer I am deeply worried that it is going to be rendered disposable.

I see your point. But I am not sure if this type of system could ever have a lifespan compatible to the big three due the the speed of the advancing technology in this particular type of hardware. The little system was outdated before it even hit the store shelves. I don't think the creators of the Ouya really have a plan when it comes to the hardware side, nor do they understand the consumer gamer. Take Nintendo for example, they like using old technology and focusing on innovation and games. I don't think that the Ouya team has thought everything through. If they do not have a plan, they will never rise above a niche market. Which is probably where they are pointed at anyway. The game hardware market is new ground for them, and it shows in the way they are handling things. It is one thing to make games, it is another to make hardware. You don't announce new hardware before your present system hits the shelves, which is the first rule.
But I will enjoy the Ouya that I will have in my hands next week. Looking over youtube, I have found a lot of games that I will find satisfying and fun, right up my alley. Even if it is only for a moment.

If there is one thing that the Ouya team has proven, it is, that there is market out there there for something like this.

Agreed, there is a market out there. Of course these are all my opinions, but I would not feel comfortable dropping $100 on a system that developers might drop support for. It is cell phone tech, so it's going to happen. I just personally don't see the point in owning a console that does not have a lifespan of at least a couple of years. Which is what this appears to be.

I already have a PC and indie games that don't require more than a simple integrated graphics card is enough for me right now. That's another reason why I'm hesitant.

But enough negativity from me. I do hope I'm wrong and that you all enjoy yours. It would be nice to see Ouya start a console revolution. :)
