If FFXIIIV goes multiplatform, then I don't think I have a reason to have a PS3 this year.

Final Fantasy isn't the only thing that sells the PS3 though. Team Ico has a game coming out for PS3, along with God of War 3, and an exclusive RockStar game...they'll be fine if Versus goes multiplat. We'll see though.

well it all comes down to exclusives when you are going to buy a console, and FFXIII was one of many's list so it is a big shot for sony (for those who don't have a PS3 yet).... and FF is a console seller at some extent *looks at increase in PSP sales when crisis core was released*

only 3 =/??? (4 if versus isn't exclusive) i know there's more ps3 games that grab my attention but they are japanese RPGs that don't sell very well (not like sales matter but the topic at hand is if FFXIII not being exclusive is a big blow for ps3 sales)

You forgot God of War, Little Big Planet, White Knight, Wet, Heavy Rain, Team Ico's new game, Naughty Dog's new game, Resistance, etc.
