The parents aren't doing their job...that is no different than a parent letting a kid watch an "R" rated movie. Letting you kid get an "M" rated video =/= bad parenting. I'm not saying little kids should be playing Manhunt, but much of what they see via other means isn't much worse. Like, for instance, I was at my grandparents house, watching CNN. (Cause CNN is awesome and I had nothing to do before school started). You know what I saw? A man, in a wheelchair, being blown to pieces by a rocket. And close-ups of his remains. I did not have to pay, cheat, lie, or steal to see this, nor ask for parental permission. Video games are not the only place of blame by far.
