I think Nintendo will probably start it off, 299 or 249, and drop it to 249 or 199 after a few months, simply because they know having the cheapest console on the market prints money. If they can get away with selling it less than the Go, then I'm pretty sure that's what they'll do.

why did the first RPG have to be a tales game? because to me tales games are the best RPG experience there is out there and to have it on the go is an even better experience

Well now were assuming they will have it out in 2011 and/or that it is coming to where most of can play it (I wonder if the 3DS can play imported games). Though I loved watching Tales of the Abyss videos on youtube, so I hope Namco Bandai gives this one a stateside release.

I really hope they do too. and if they don't then i'll just find a way to import it and play it

Definitely not a buy for me. I'll stick with my PSP until the Lite version of this comes out...or the XL.

Yeah. Or the 3DSi. That's probably be like, a hologram that plays all your games for you. ;P

Well it wasn't until very recently that i upgraded to a lite... so i have no issue just getting this version and getting later versions way down the line... I seriously don't see what the big deal is, if you don't want to buy an upgraded version then simply don't...

and until that information is written in stone i will not give up...and even then there will probably be ways to get past the lock. I am a determined Tales fan, and nothing will stop me from playing my favorite tales game on the go xD

Yea I definitely want this version. Considering it's already in the "Lite" form, there probably won't be a Lite version of this. There might be and XL, which is cool, but not for me. All I know is I love that aqua blue color and that's what I shall get :D

I keep thinking though - even if it is $250, that will only be for the US.

It'll probably be $265 in Canada (as a rough guess), plus the HST (15% in Ontario) which means it'll be $300 or more with tax in Canada.

No, I wanted a complete overhaul. OoT is one of those games that has been re-released so many times that it's time to just completely remake it.

So many times? Maybe I am missing something, but I only know of one re-release for the cube {well it's on 2 different discs, but it's the same game}.

Haha I just bought Tales of The Abyss yesterday too. Welp looks like the only game I'm interested in is Megaman Legends 3
