All purpose Halo thread

Tell me now. Please? I've tried the sniping thing, all that happened was he didn't die until the Banshee blew up. Maybe I missed, I dunno.
 
Well, it is easier on co-op. Create an object overload and the pilots dont spawn in their banshees. Either kill your partner ALOT or kill ALOT of flood in the armory. when your flashlight doesnt work, bullets dont appear etc, it should work
 
Do you think Halo spoils you to other FPS?

Yesterday I played Red Faction 2 multiplayer for the first time, and while it was really cool in that it had bots, mostly I found it not as good as Halo.

They simply don't compare do they?> It will take one hell of a FPS to top Halo and the only ones that come close are old games like Goldeneye, Turok 2 and Perfect Dark....Thats just my opinion

It'll take a lot to unseat Halo as the king of FPS at the moment. Halo 2 may be able to do it, and if not, there is another (Doom 3, anyone?).
 
Exactly. I personally think that unless iD changes those at least one of those major flaws, Doom 3 has no chance of overtaking Halo or Halo 2. Half-life 2 might, if they don't have to reduce the quality from the PC version for the Xbox. Area 51 looks pretty good too, but I haven't heard anythin about multiplayer for it yet.
 
Hey MM, we should play XBC sometime. I'd get raped considering I don't play my Xbox much, but whatever. Let's just say, I'm still not used to the controller, so I really suck at almost all Xbox games. Now, with a mouse and keyboard set right I could rape anyone... but that's a different story.
 
Can't wait till Sunday. Huge (hopefully) party at a friends house, and I will dominate them all. :lol Just kidding, although I am the best at HAlo in my neighborhood, but MM and another friend are close behind me.
