Nah. They'll reach the bottom when they release a game where you feed Pikachu potato chips while he sits on the couch getting ever larger. And the object is to get his cholestorol as high as possible without killing him.creepindeth04 said:Oh wow. Nintendo has finally run out of pokemon ideas.

creepindeth04 said:Well the GC has a lot more games on it, but the DS is still being supported. Look at the games and see which ones you would like to play.
SpartanEvolved said:I would say the DS, because it is still fairly new and has lots of good games and potential.
But the GC still has lots of support though, not sure what you mean there. The new Legend of Zelda is probablly going to revive a bit of interest.
creepindeth04 said:What I meant was that once the REV comes out then the GC is pretty much dead but the DS was still be going strong.
Dart said:You're absolutely right. But then again if I get a GC soon, I'll be starting fron scratch anyways. I'll still have the selection that everyone else had while it was still being supported, and they will all still be new to me. The only thing that would make this a smart move for me would be if the Rev was $250+, which I think it will be. Now, if the Rev came out with a rediculously low $100-150, then I'd be an idiot for buying a GC.
As for the DS, there's no question that I will have one soon. I need to get a mainstream handheld so I can get games easier. Besides, the DS looks way cool.

Okay instead of making a new topic about this question, I'll just use this one instead.
I saw a refurbished Cube at Gape Stop the other day for $59. Would this be a wise investment?? I mean, being that it was broken and new guts were put in, it may last longer than the rumored four year lifespan.
I can't bring myself to buy a new one for $100 being that the Rev is rumored to be just around the corner. So should I shell out $60 for the refurbished unit??
