how i spent my day....

I had a similar diet and am quite thin as well. It will take its toll one way or the other eventually. Don't know when since everyone's body is different. I'm not even 30 yet and it started to affect me already. Particularly with cholesterol and blood pressure. I was able to bring them down to normal levels by eating better and exercising.

So even if someone doesn't get fat, it doesn't mean that they don't have carcinogens and whatnot running through their bloodstream.

I also used to have really high BP, but it's great now. The funny thing is, I was about 30 lbs lighter back when it was high. Less red meat and junk food in general has really made the difference. Not to mention I get a ton of cardio from my job {on my feet moving for 6-7 hours a night}.

I spent part of Saturday recovering from Friday night, then played Starcraft with MasterMario, Bluevoodu, and a long distance SpartanEvolved.

Yesterday I spent my day making food for dinner, calling my kids in the morning and then going to take my mother in law out to eat, and then coming home to clean and cook more for food for supper. The day was very busy and over all felt pretty lonely and crappy (stressful/busy/demanding)considering it was mother's day, but guess that is the way it has got to be. I tried calling my mom like 6 times but never could get a hold of her. I feel like I am being pretty negative but my entire weekend did not go that great cuz Saturday I seriously spent like two hours or more sitting in an insurance office while my husband got his motorcycle insured, becuz for some reason in Canada it seems to take hours to insure things :s ...But, I am glad that I was able to give my mother in law a nice mothers day meal and take her out, and that my husband got to have his whole family over for supper and that he got to play rockband and he got to rewatch most of his green lantern movie throughout the day.

I tried calling my mom on mother's day also. And I couldn't get whole of her, either.

Turns out she's dead.

Now how can you spend all day playing if you also have to work? Unless your job requires playing. But that's doubtful.

Place Where I work is shut down for the 4th of July Holiday. So I am Haviing a week of relaxing, gaming, eat out, fun with the family time. Not much to do outdoors with the extreme heat warniings. :(

I don't watch a whole lot of TV, so these excessive heat warnings have me intrigued. Mainly because living in Arizona, my entire summer is an excessive heat warning. It's consistently above 110 degrees out here every day. So what are the temperatures like everywhere else?

97-105. Our regular summer temps are about 85ish...so it's quite a shock to the senses!

Yeah it's about 15-20 degrees above normal, and today was the first day in about a month? that we've had rain.
