Official Super Smash Bros. Brawl Topic

Hmm..doesn't seem so thrilling after all...I'll just play some online matches today, try and clear classic with all characters and such.

Do you get anything for 100%ing it?

You probably get a trophy (whoopie), sticker (wooo!), or um.. a music track (omgoshers!)? :lol

Sorry, those parts of the game aren't really a big deal to me...

Yeah, doing the bare minimum in SSE was annnoying enough as is. :lol

Yeah I hear you on that one. I finished with 80% so I figured the last level was just 20% and and would add on after the credits...but I was wrong.

:lol Yeah, trophies are cool...but most of the time I unlock them by accident.

well since i'm a perfectionist in games that i love XD i'm willing to do every challenge. specially getting 100% in SSE (i do the same thing in kirby games and it' actually not that hard)

95% in SSE.

I've successfully defeated every character on level nine, completed classic and all-star mode on intense, and I'm working on finishing the events. I seriously have not put this game down since I got it.

I'd give it a 10. Brawl is one of those rare games where I just really don't see anything wrong with it. That's only the third game that's ever received a perfect from me.

1. Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past
2. Super Mario 64
3. Super Smash Bros. Brawl

And they're all from Nintendo, which tells you something...

zomg liek ur biased towards nintendo.

Honestly, I thought Subspace was pretty good. Hated the Great Maze, just because it took 50 trips around. And yes, Mai, Toon Link is the best. And Wolf and Pit.

i agree with jack.. i can't find anything wrong with this game therefore is a 11/10 for me XD

Yeah, the only people who complain about the roster were people whose choices didn't get in. Not a bad roster in any way.

Horrible Adventure Mode? Hardly. I enjoyed it, and it was a helluva lot better than other fighters'. Frequent lag, not really, more like occasional. I haven't had a problem since Spectator went up.

Other fighters don't have that kind of adventure mode. XD

The level design was laughable, the gameplay consisted of walking/jumping forward until you see an enemy, and pressing the A button until they're dead, and scrolling levels were just plain horrible.

Roughly half the games I played online had lag. I have never played a four-player match that didn't lag.

Go ahead and share how you would have changed it, then.

I would have taken it out altogether so people wouldn't have to play through it to get characters, and use the resources that were diverted to SSE to give the game decent online capabilities.

So, you'd rather have 1000 Vs matches than six hours in Subspace?

I actually like the SSE, but I still think they should have at least had voice chat, and so, if I had to choose, I would take the voice chat over SSE.

Or maybe if they had kept Wi-Fi Subspace.

Oh see, yeah, that would have been cool. Joy prefers to watch me play instead of playing co-op with me, so it would have been cool to go through it with someone on my Friend Roster instead.
